Russian Sukhoi-57: Fifth generation Russian Sukhoi-57 landed for the first time in India

Bengaluru. Sukhoi-57, one of the world's most powerful fighter aircraft, has landed in India for the first time. This fifth generation fighter aircraft will show its strength in Aero India 2025 starting from February 10 at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru.
Two such aircraft have reached Bengaluru. These state-of-the-art fighter aircraft equipped with stealth feature are not only capable of dodging enemy radars, but can also overpower the rivals.
Sources say that the flight of Sukhoi-57 will be demonstrated in the air show. It can take off with a maximum weight of 34 thousand kg and has the ability to destroy enemy bases while flying at a speed of 1350 kilometers per hour. Only three countries in the world, America, Russia and China, have been able to make fifth generation fighter aircraft.
Sukhoi-57 will fly for the first time in Aero India
India was once a partner in the development plan of fifth generation fighter aircraft (FGFA) with Russia. Later, separating from this project, India started the project of building fifth generation advanced medium combat aircraft (AMCA) on its own level.
Sukhoi-57 will fly for the first time in Aero India, while America's fifth generation stealth fighter jet F-35 Lightning will just stand on the ground, will not fly. The demo of F-35 has been cancelled in Aero India. According to sources, two F-35 stealth fighter jets of America will participate in Aero India, but the demo team is not coming with them.
India's AMCA will also be under scrutiny
India will also display the scale module of its fifth generation advanced medium combat aircraft (AMCA) in Asia's largest air show. Apart from AMCA, the scale module of Tejas Mark-2 will also be kept in the exhibition hall of public sector aircraft manufacturer Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Indian Air Force's Tejas Mark-1 will fly daily at Aero India.
Display of indigenous technology
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited will also showcase indigenous technology at Aero India. The company's newly developed light combat helicopter (LUH), trainer aircraft HTT-40, various platforms of Tejas along with CAT's Warrior system will showcase indigenous strength at Aero India.
